(23,954 posts)i think the Russians save their best English writers for the propaganda that matters. the ad in the OP, that looks like a training project.
when the time comes to really cook up an agitprop article that passes flawlessly through the loopholes of effective grammar, i'm sure they have plenty of qualified people ready to hand-write the article so it can be distributed and pumped up by bots.
also, as is apparent from the example set by our head of state, proper use of grammar and idioms just isn't all that important to us anymore. in a few years, American English will be exactly what Putin says it is anyway.

HE's already sign the new defense budget then adding his signing statement going soft on putin on any sanctions. trump is weak on russia and putin. HE works for putin, and it shows.
