Shocker in Texas as Cruz Ad Campaign Helps O’Rourke Raise Millions


The polls in the U.S. Senate race in Texas between Ted Cruz and Beto O’Rourke show the race is tightening and it looks like Cruz is starting to panic. He just released a series of new TV ads that are supposed to help him cruise to an easy reelection victory but instead they have backfired spectacularly and have been helping O’Rourke instead.

Cruz’s latest series of ads were released in early August and portrayed the younger Democrat in very unfavorable ways.

By attacking the squeaky-clean and telegenic O’Rourke the new ads created a wildly successful fundraising campaign for the Democratic challenger. The ads completely energized O’Rourke’s enthusiastic supporters, who worked together, raising nearly $1.3 million in a just one weekend.

What a lovlely thought. Other than sponsoring Hurricane Harvey aid, Cruz has done almost nothing for Texans during his time in the Senate. His sole reason for being there is to run for president. I am so hoping he gets handed his pink slip this November.

this claim by the O'Rourke campaign is very believable. Anyone remember Cruz's threatening bright-yellow mailer to Republicans that reported their past voting records to them in an attempt to scare them?

In any case, Beto's new ads sound nice, an antithesis to Cruz:

O'Rourke's new television ads, released Wednesday, are nearly identical to a spot the campaign released online on July 26, titled "Showing Up." The ads feature video clips of Facebook Live footage from the congressman's visits to all 254 counties in Texas. The campaign said the television ads will run in all of Texas' 20 media markets.

"We will be the big, bold, confident answer to the small, petty, negative attacks that are coming our way," O'Rourke said in a prepared statement.

As many in Texas are running away from Cruz in huge numbers now, and know he's in deep troubles with many issues . When he gets exposed he'll lose all chances of winning. No one lies this much that isn't corrupt , and criminal. He'll be exposed and that's why he's now so desperate, and knows its over. Many are over Cruz after he voted with the KGOP, and have done nothing to stop russia, putin , and all the corruption running wild from them all now, especially now that putin has all their criminal activities uncovered to use against them.
