The US government DOES have NDAs.

But they call it getting a security clearance.

be divulged. It does not apply to the kinds of things that Omarosa is talking about. She is not talking about national defense matters.

Many who worked in previous White Houses and government roles have written tell-all books that are critical of those they worked for.

Bush's Secretary of the Treasury, Sec. Paul O'Neill wrote an excellent book, The Price of Loyalty.

had to do with disclosure of government data and data related to regulated industry, NOT bullshit about "not disparaging the President" and other such nonsense that violates the 1st Amendment.
