Protective Order filed for the George Papadopoulos matter/bump on the road w/ Rick Gates?

Why is NO ONE talking about this Protective Order filed for the George Papadopoulos matter? This is highly unusual, at least as it relates to where we are in the criminal proceedings? I am genuinely at a loss for words

Here’s the original motion, it seems central to Papadopoulos’ sentencing but still this is unusual. Makes me wonder two things:

1) did Papadopoulos give MORE info, or
2) did Gates give info showing PapaD wasn’t fully cooperating with prosecutors.
It’s literally one or the other

3. Not a lawyer, but this doesn't look like a big deal

He is going to have a sentencing hearing. He wants to use government information to show how he cooperated to support a short sentence. Some of the information is probably classified, so they have to agree to keep it confidential.
