Joe Scarborough Mocks Giuliani's Contradictory Statements: Does He Have Dementia?

Joe Scarborough mocked a recurring figure of his disdain on Morning Joe Monday: Rudy Giuliani, once America’s Mayor, now President Donald Trump‘s cable news happy lawyer.

Giuliani’s latest botched media appearance came Sunday, when he appeared on CNN’s State of the Union to insist that Trump never told former FBI Director James Comey to give Michael Flynn a break.

Just a month ago, Giuliani said on ABC News that Trump told Comey to give Flynn a break. Tapper had the video, and confronted him with it, to comical results.

After playing those videos, Scarborough burst out laughing.

“What are we to make of that?” the MSNBC host asked. “Is Rudy Giuliani making it up as he goes along? Is he purposefully lying? Does he have early onset of dementia?”

“I don’t want to rule out early offset,” John Heilemann joked, before saying he’s likely making things up as he goes along. “His credibility is basically zero on pretty much everything at this point because he’s contradicted himself over and over.”
