Has anyone noticed that Trump has not mentioned Avenatti even ONCE in a tweet?

With Avenatti being so vocal about bringing Trump down you might wonder why Trump isn't attacking him.
Why isn't Trump tearing Avenatti apart and trying to disgrace him?

I think I know why.

Avenatti is someone who is playing the same game as Trump.
He grabs media attention and has made himself a media star.
This is not something Trump wants to compete with.

Trump is always the one to pull all the oxygen out of the room so no one else can be heard.
His whole game is to totally dominate the media.
Avenatti is now competing with him in that.
Avenatti can pull oxygen out of the room himself which might diminish Trump's megaphone.

If Trump attacks Avenatti in a tweet it will only bring Avenatti to the attention of more people and strengthen his hold on the media.
People attacked Trump thereby increasing the number of people who were aware of him.
He knows these attacks were the very thing he used to grab the power he has now.
He will do every thing he can to prevent bringing this kind of attention to Avenatti.
The best Trump can do is try to ignore him and hope Avenatti won't be able to leap up to share his soapbox any time soon.

It's not about ideas. It's about the ability to dominate the media.
That's been Trump's true strength and Avenatti is the first person we've seen who is beginning to compete with Trump in this.

by Avenatti. Not that Avenatti is some sort of genius, but he'll fight Trump in Trump's own noxious style, a thing most journos and pols won't do, only be sharper at it than Dumb Donald.

of Dump. He has played Dump's game right from the jump. He understands what Dump is doing, and he does it just as well, if not better. Say what you will, he is effective. Dump can only bully if he is allowed to. I personally doubt Avenatti wants anything to do with "presidenting", but if it screws up Dump's mind, go for it.

He probably has never made it through her monologue. I seriously think he can't piece together information into an argument the way she does.

I’m still waiting for @RudyGiuliani to have the
guts to appear opposite me. Every time he discovers
we are scheduled to appear together on a show, he
and Trump pull the plug. If I’m not a threat, then they
should be begging to embarrass me. Either step up or be quiet. #Waiting

Rachel doesn't do outrage. Trump can always win an outrage contest, he's not so confident and full of bullshit against someone who laughs and mocks him. Neither does Avenatti.

I'm pretty sure he realizes they would own him, as would Avenatti. It wouldn't even be a fair fight.
My guess is that Steve Bannon has warned him to stay away from those three.

Let's face it, Cheeto is a bully. He only goes after people that he knows he can push around, or who can't fight back.
Lawrence, Rachel and Avenatti would eat his lunch, and I'm sure he knows it.

I'd be surprised if he really has any intention of running for president. I think he's just goading -45. I'm sure that -45 notices, and I'm sure it's driving him up the wall trying to refrain from saying anything. He's terrified of Avenatti.
