they have the right to have their charges be taken seriously. In the latest case Ellison's accusers (Ms. Monihan and her son) claim their are text messages and a video to back them up. He claims the charges are falsehoods. This one is easy to get to the bottom of. They can simply release the evidence and we can make a judgement. Either the messages and video are what the son describes and Ms. Monihan herself says or they aren't.
The people of Minnesota deserve full info into making their decision. The accuser and her son had every right not to come forward. Conversely they could have come forward and not mentioned the video. They chose to come forward and mention the video. If they refuse, Mr. Ellison should sue for slander. These are serious charges and should be taken seriously.
