War in space, however, is something he can sink his false teeth into.

Two things: (1) he can't get over Hillary, and (2) it sounds like he's saying "Space Force" for the first time, like he's making it up on the spot.

When he thinks of war in space, he might think it's this:

When I was young, our local movie theater would have a free Saturday film festival for kids. Several cartoons (pre-Road Runner), an episode or two of a serial story -- each episode ending with the hero in a position it would be impossible to escape, and a Japanese science fiction story like this. To my 10-year-old mind it was heaven!

And popcorn was only a dime!
