Sky News Australia pulled from train stations over backlash

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-45123924

"An Australian state has instructed train stations to stop broadcasting Sky News Australia, amid a widening backlash over a recent TV interview.

On Sunday, Sky News Australia hosted Blair Cottrell - a far-right figure with court convictions - in its studio.

It drew much public anger. Many pointed out that he had once called for schools to display images of Adolf Hitler.

On Thursday, Victoria said that the channel would no longer be played at train stations in central Melbourne."

a total disaster these last 19+ months here alone. The far right upsurge worldwide, Europe especially is a sign of hate unbridled. Immigrants trying to escape corruption, murder, rape, chaos just, by and large, want peace and a chance to start a new life. Read yesterday about a 'super conservative vet' for dumptrump who's wife was deported after being here for 20 years. He served 3 tours Afghanistan-Iraq. Trump just shows, people will not think through issues.. Just read the headlines and start cursing. I've done the same. But DU and forums have taught me to get back to my college roots, question everything, everything and EVERYONE. Thank you Professor Fischmann, if I remember the name correctly...lol

European racists promoted the ideology of white supremacy for centuries and then in 2008, a black man became President of the country with the largest military and most nukes. The racists set out and continue to promote the destruction of all opportunities for non-whites, because if we are all given equal opportunity, there will be many more Obamas even in Europe.

It is worse for them when he shattered all their myths about people of African descent.

The contrast is even sharper for decent people everywhere when he was replaced by a lying, ignorant, uncouth, unethical, vile, racist cretin.
Racism is all they know. They believe they own our planet even when we outnumber them.

Not government censorship but good old fashioned power of the people making it untenable for outlets to push it.

Our U.S. government practices it when they specify "FOX News only" in government buildings, clinics, prisons, whatever. If another government bans FOX news, that would also be censorship.

And therefore all stations should be shown simultaneously... else de-facto censorship?
