Really fascinating investigation here. He called his son literally a minute after reading the email telling about the failed drug trial. The son then sold his shares the next morning (market was closed at the time), but not after contacting a whole bunch of other shareholders with the insider information. And loose lips sink ships. I bet if the son never told anyone but just sold his shares it'd be over with and he'd never have gotten in trouble.

So yeah, this news footage will be able to be timed directly to when the call was made. Fascinating.
