With all this talk about Russia and the elections, Who else would want to effect 2018 and 2020

The EU?? NATO? Canada? Mexico? China?? or any power that does not like what tRump/republicans are doing... It would be tempting to see if you could control the most powerful country in the world to do your bidding...
