Certainly Manafort goose cooked/guilt should be a lock. However, trump is actively trying to 'traitortrump'/prejudice the jury, - one trump leaner could be vulnerable to being 'prejudiced'.

11. True. A guest on one of the MSNBC shows said that the birthday cake request was a good sign, though.

She (sorry; I didn't catch her name but she is an attorney) said that it may signal that the jurors are connecting well with each other, and that the chance of a stray "no" will be lower than if they were not, given the strong evidence.

And although there are extreme Trumpers everywhere, they are a small % of Alexandria residents, from whom the juror pool was drawn.

Nothing is guaranteed, but I think JWB was poking fun, as a commentator.
