3. I do think that at some point, Trump himself will have to pay the bill.

Lots of people are extremely mad and upset with his behavior. His tweets are a disgrace to the office of the President of the United States. And many other his actions. But I believe that he will pay for these actions in ways he never dreamed of. That is my opinion.

Even when his behavior was criminal, and not merely civil offenses, he could buy his way out because there was always a victim and their lawyers to pay off and/or threaten with endless litigation. He can't pay off the USA or outlast the DOJ. I don't think he thought this through...
