And not just that, but Lebron is a better leader than Trump. I wish someone would say that to Trumps face.

(36,747 posts)It would be over before CA polls closed. LeBron will be old enough in 2020. He will be 36.

(118,745 posts)Trump cannot do a recap of what happened in Helsinkie, Finland for his intelligence people.
(sorry - I had to say it - back to lurking).

(844 posts)I have been thinking my guy LeBron could be a great Senator from Ohio some day, and that was before Trump tried to talk shit.
What I do know of LeBron is that hes got a good heart and I trust he would learn about issues before trying to act like he knows it all. Also - for a guy who has been under a bright AF spotlight for years James has never even gotten into a questionable situation Ive ever heard of. I mean, as a sports nerd I was critical of the decision and how it was so produced like a spectacle but over the years LeBron has really proven to be a great human and someone worthy of being looked up to.

(578 posts)and my team obvious by my screen name is the Spurs. Props to Lebron for speaking out against Trump but Lebron is a terrible leader on the basketball court. Lebron would get his ass kicked by Trump in a debate. Just because someone says Trump is garbage doesn't make them a viable opponent of Trump in a presidential election.

But I agree regarding an actual campaign and debates. That is an entirely different ball game. Trump can fake it by lying nonstop and his bullshit reputation as supreme businessman. All he has to say is, "They're terrible...I'm the best ever...I'll fix it" and 40% of the country laps it up.

(1,375 posts)Where our choices for president are either a former reality show host or a former basketball player I'm giving up on politics.

(1,375 posts)No? Then what does he have to do with the statement I made? Bradley was one of 100 in the senate, not the highest elected person in the country.
