It's not that they believe everything Trump says

It’s that they are still in that state where they’re desperate to believe him. His rallies now look like crazed cult gatherings of people in frenzied, desperate rage wanting to keep being believers. The entire gatherings stink of fear. Their man is screaming with fake bravado claiming victories they aren’t seeing in their lives except as pain as jobs and grand promises don’t materialize. Their livelihoods are being sucked into the black hole of Trump’s ego.

They don’t want to face the truth and they think they can believe it away. They’re embracing Q Anon and hate groups believing that some miracle will keep them in the majority if they just believe hard enough. Hatefully enough.

They see and hear exactly what they want. They know their time of racial supremacy is over. They live in terror of being treated the way they’ve treated other races. They’ve thrown their lot behind their godlet Trump. Their time is nigh over and that is a good thing for our country.

just to make tRump’s latest lie “ the god’s truth?”

When they are told they don’t need to show it they’ll be convinced the clerk is part of the deep state and already has them under surveillance.

stepped foot in a grocery store. Neither has any other Trump. Never will either as long as he can market his name.

However, there are a good number who would allow him anything, no matter how vile and despicable, and find a way to rationalize it as a good thing because the believe there will be an eventual payout for them.

BTW, I love the term "godlet". I might just start using it.

It has all the markings of a cult. Perhaps they’ll start a community like the Davidians somewhere in Texas and stock up for the inevitable invasion of Black and brown people.

They can build their own Trump wall to hide behind.

It would make for some riveting 'Lord of the Flies' reality TV viewing.
