I don't think he's going to leave voluntarily. Perhaps a BLOODBATH in the upcoming election will convince enough of the remaining Senate repubs to abandon him.

It's absolutely absurd to think, in the land of "all men [sic] are created equal," that one person, ESPECIALLY the president, could be untouchable.

If anything, the founding fathers would have said that the president should be subject to extra scrutiny, not less.

While Article II was the executive. If the Founding Fathers were expecting that the Executive/President was supreme/monarchy it would have been reversed. And Congress has the power to overrule a veto.

Even if forced to resign - that's still a pass.

Sending a criminal president to prison won't break America but a criminal president can break America.
