Jerry Falwell Jr. has announced he's writing a new book with an unlikely political partner: former President Jimmy Carter.

“We just started working on it,” Falwell Jr., the president of Liberty University, told reporters on Wednesday at the Washington premiere of conservative activist Dinesh D’Souza’s film, “Death of a Nation.”

“It’ll take a year, I bet,” Falwell told ITK about an estimated release date.
