THE SUMMARY:
1). TRUMP: "Factories are pouring back into our country, they are coming from all over the world."
2). While reminiscing about his 2016 victory in PA, Trump mentions the "fake news" media, which prompts the crowd to boo and chant, "CNN sucks! CNN sucks!"
3). Trump mocks a TV journalist in a manner similar to how he mocked a reporter with a disability nearly three years ago
4). Trump instructs his followers not to believe "suppression" polls that don't reflect favorably upon him
5). Trump smears @RepMaxineWaters as "very low IQ." Crowd boos her lustily.
6). Trump brings up @louforsenate, who says this: "We want to take a knee to pray, and stand for the flag!"
7). Trump touts cutting regulations to build highways: "Highways would take 21 years to get approved. We have it down to two years, and it's going to be one year very shortly." #FactCheckPlease
8). Trump mentions Hillary Clinton, which prompts to crowd to break out in loud "Lock her up!" chant.
"Some things just take a little bit longer," Trump says. 👀
9). Trump claims that there have been nights when he's bragged to Melania that "I just stopped missiles from being launched every two seconds in Korea." Laments that he still doesn't get positive coverage.
10). Trump receives warm applause when he mentions his secret meeting with Putin. He then lies and says Putin was unhappy that he won the election because he's so tough on Russia.
11). After having warm things to say about Putin, Trump attacks NATO, says NATO "has been ripping us" and "has not been paying their bills." He then accuses the media of "making up stories."
12). Trump says he threatened the head of state of a NATO country with the possibility of not coming to their defense (as the US is obligated to do) unless they increased their military spending. He then pivots to more bashing of the media.
13). TRUMP, in full rant mode, says: "One thing I know is that NATO, which protects Europe, is better for Europe than it is for the United States -- we're way far away."
14). Trump indicates he doesn't know the difference between the United Kingdom and England
15). Trump goes on a lengthy harangue about negative coverage of his meeting with the Queen, concludes by calling the media "the fake, fake, disgusting news."
16). Trump is very proud of himself for coming up on the spot with the nickname, "Sleepin' Bob," for @SenBobCasey
17). Trump lies, claims "we've started the wall," adds, "we are going to start to get very nasty over the wall."
Then offers some gore porn about alleged violent MS-13 crime, including mimicking a stabbing.
18). Trump, ranting, discloses that Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are advising him to shut down the government unless he gets full funding for his border wall before the election.
19). Trump indicates that when he called Mexicans "rapists," he thinks it was really "peanuts compared to what turns out to be the truth."
He then literally accuses visa lottery recipients of being murderers.
20). Trump laments that when there are incidents of mass violence, which he blames on immigrants, "nobody ever talks about the seriously injured people. They always talk about the people that died. In some cases, those are the lucky ones."
21). Trump is out here straight up trying to terrify people about the prospect of violent immigrants coming to their town and murdering their families
22). Trump says he is "proud" of his dire campaign messaging to African Americans, which was that they had "nothing to lose" because their communities were already miserable hell holes with lots of crime and poor schools.
23). Trump smears @SenWarren as "Pocahontas," then repeatedly calls @SenSanders "crazy Bernie."
24). Trump mocks cancer-stricken John McCain, and mimics his decisive vote against ACA repeal
25). Trump on women: "They like me. hey like me. Look at all of those pink signs from the women. Look at that."
26). Trump calls the reporters who are there to cover him "horrible, horrendous people."
27). TRUMP on Hillary: "She would bring in Beyonce & Jay-z would get up & use language that is so bad. They would say 'Trump's language is tough.' You have heard Jay-Z. She would bring in Springsteen. They were drawing crowds smaller than mine. I said, 'why are we going to lose?'"
28). Trump butchers the word "missiles"
29). Trump briefly touts his "Space Force," brags about making it easier to fire VA employees
30). Trump's slurring is becoming more noticeable as his speech approaches 90 minutes in duration
31). Trump, who has been president for more than 1.5 years, closes by saying, "We are going to win so much -- perhaps some of you, but not all will get tired of winning! Anybody get tired of winning?... We will make American great again!"
32). Here is the president of the United States mimicking an MS-13 stabbing as part of his effort to smear immigrants as violent murderers
33). Here is the president mockingly mimicking @SenJohnMcCain, who is currently stricken with cancer, for his vote against ACA repeal
34). During unhinged speech, Trump suggests he may still lock up Hillary Clinton and mimics MS-13 stabbings

Only his crazy "Q-holes" would believe this unadulterated horse-hockey. I think we can plan on hearing him start more of this crazy "Q" crap (the disgusting poster who supposedly has the "inside scoop" about the "Deep State" that's trying to undermine the magnificent Trump presidency) on the even more disgusting '4chan'. Just when you think these demented mouth breathers can't get any loonier they push the envelope to new horizons.

I have a theory that we are the alternate timeline.
Is HIGHLY medicated on something to his old gills.
He's in his 70's, his health is BAD, he drinks sodas like he's supposed to be drinking water, he eats nothing but junk food, he doesn't believe in exercise, he doesn't get enough sleep. He's a narcissist amongst other things. He's growing more mentally deficient, and yes people can function even with mental health issues. How anyone can say that his operating with a "normal" mind is laughable
