..which may explain his behavior; examples provide insight of how this person governs, approaches decision making--fascinating, yet disconcerting that we may have an unstable person at the helm who has access to nuclear coded.

It seems that his approach to governing can be viewed as outright calculated facism and/or we are literally dealing with one vindictive mal hombre a(mal: sick; mean bad-hombre:man.) who doesn t know what the hell he's doing--and, is just winging it...and, every decision he makes is based on his warped view of the world-clearly this behavior is abnormal.
