Seriously, how long can this go on. Seems to get worse day after day

I actually asked for something to help me sleep last week because I have been self medicating to try and get some sleep. The doctor admitted I am not alone, she has seen a rash of people with stress related illnesses that have never had them before. He is a pox on our country!
