But there is a very-well established rule, going back to English common law, that says a man shall not be a judge in his own case. That's where those scholars are coming from.

That's what i meant with post #5 (would THIS congress sit idle?) I would hope as you do that self-pardon would be the straw that broke the camels back!! and IMPEACH THIS ASSHOLE!!!!!! (But then we got Pence (YUCK)
