Yesterday Bruce Tinsley, the pen behind conservative comic Mallard Filmore, kicked Donald Trump in the face.

(52,166 posts)Huck Finn has been on the most banned book list quite often lately. I think some classics should be exempt from today's standards. Huck Finn is one of them.

(18,640 posts)But when I see Tinsley complaining like this, what I hear is "if they call each other that, why can't I?" I feel he's just trying to get his foot in the door to use it repeatedly.
I guess it's true that context is everything, but tell that to estranged CEO Papa John Schnatter who used the word in a racial awareness presentation.

Of course, in contrast to those threee, it's far more ham-handed, preachier, and never pokes fun at itself.
