Trump calls on Daily Caller for post-Italy PM press conference

The Daily Caller person asks about shutting down the government over the border wall and then Trump rants about ICE and border security.

Now he is asking the Italian PM for his assessment of Trump's appearances with G7 and NATO. And the Italian PM is speaking well about Trump (not surprisingly).

Then Trump adds his comments about how he saved NATO from going broke? Or something like that. And going on about Germany and their paying money to Russia - which seems to be a pet peeve of his.

Then he calls on Reuters reporter (Roberta Rampton) who asks him about Iran.

Trump then says he had a great meeting with the president of Russia (which he wasn't asked about). Now he is saying he would meet with Iran with no preconditions.

Italian reporter asks about Russian sanctions. Italian PM says they are open to dialogue with Russia, they are not lifting sanctions, but they don't want to the sanctions to hurt Russia? Strange answer.

Trump says: Sanctions will remain as is. Then goes on to talk about wanting another pipeline to compete?

No questions about Mueller, Cohen, etc.
