The NYT just released a precinct-by-precint map of the 2016 presidential election (Original Post) RandySF Jul 2018 OP
I'll take my 57/36 HRC/DJT split. Wish it were 75/25 but still, a nice little bubble of sanity. n/t CincyDem Jul 2018 #1

Cool data, but I hate how such maps make Republicans look more popular than they are caraher Jul 2018 #5

Hillary - 61%.

Jackass - 35%.

This Electoral College 'winner-take-all' shit disenfrachises more people than anything else in government.

Clinton margin (west coast) to a precinct with a 2% Clinton margin (somewhere in the Midwest). I have to keep an open mind but I’m just not sure how we can possibly fit in.

Where I lived in 2016 went 66% Trump, 26% Clinton, and the surrounding region was in the 92nd percentile for Trump support. Though it still seems impossible to me that my wife and I were 2 of just 45 Clinton votes.

The precinct where I live now voted like this: Clinton 207 Stein 32 Trump 4. Ahhhhh.... This did play a role in the move!

The precinct to the south and west of mine went for Clinton. Mine went red. Thinking that a good sized chunk of an affluent gated subdivision being included in it had something to do with it. Without that chunk, the demographics are similar to that other precinct.
