Cheeto is so addled that he says "Ivanka" (daughter) when he means "Ivana" (mother). Ivanka's grandparents would have been there when she was little, but I believe they might have emigrated to the US, or else they're already dead now. As we all know, everything changed when the Iron Curtain went down in 1989/90. Ivanka would have been 8 or 9 years old.
