You know how cheap he is, he found the least competent plastic surgeon, to save a few bucks.

We'll come to find the face lift flopped, got infected, then gangrene, then died. What they did next was cut off big chunks of his ass, clumped it all together and fashioned a replacement face best they could.

Then they covered up the dead face-lift with clumps of orange hair in an attempt to conceal it. You can still smell the rot of the dead face if you get close enough to trDump.
