and admitting wrong doing, so I’m not sure how they can look like bigger assholes, LOL. As long as the case proceeded quickly....

Law and Order but doesn't the prosecution have to present the defense with a list of witnesses during discovery? And aren't witnesses who testify under conditions of immunity generally considered suspect by juries, the old, "What did they prosecution promise you for your testimony'? line of the defense attorney. In a jury trial it could make a significant difference, a judge probably not so much.
