16. Actually it is the height of appropriate since Putin is driven by the obsession to return Russia to

glory of the USSR. If you have seen any documentaries about him or read any books, it is clear that the break up of the USSR, when he was still a KGB officer, both devastated him and has driven his ambitions since.
