No matter what happens in the days to come, the truth will out.

No matter how many obstacles Trump and his party of corrupt enablers throw in the path of Mueller and his team, the truth will out.

No matter how many lies Trump and the GOP tell their own constituents in order to hide their self-serving self-interests, the truth will out.

No matter how many smokescreens Trump and his band of deplorables conjure up to obfuscate their criminal activities, the truth will out.

No matter how far the Republicans are willing to go to protect the traitor they elected and continue to support, no matter how low they are willing to sink in order to obscure his obvious collusion with our enemies (and their own), no matter the depths of the swamp they are happy to navigate in order to sell out their country and their fellow citizens, the truth will out.

Any hope the Republicans may have that what Mueller has uncovered will somehow be quashed, covered-up, discredited, dismissed, or secreted in a pile of bureaucratic bullshit is as realistic as a serial killer hoping that the hundred corpses rotting on his front lawn will go unnoticed forever.

The stink is everywhere – the stench of treason, of corruption, of lies, of feeble excuses for the inexcusable, of ludicrous defences of the indefensible.

And despite the fact that GOP’s flop-sweat is oh-so-pungently obvious, they keep spraying Fabreeze and stringing up cardboard pine-scented Christmas trees as though they can bury the odour of their own corruption. But they can’t – because in the end, the truth always outs.

Whatever Mueller knows, and whatever he comes to know in the future, WILL find its way to the American people. No matter what.
