This will force a President to pick a judicial nominee that is not an ideologue.

(24,446 posts)There MUST be a clause in the Constitution that requires the Senate to offer their advice and consent within "X" amount of time. The way it is written seemed like they should have been required to do it anyway but apparently not well-written enough to force them to do it.

Then, contact your local Democratic Party organization and volunteer to do something that will actually help. Thanks.
