My favorite vacation was going on Harley’s to Niagra Falls on the Canadian side.......we stopped for the night before making the Falls, and had a few beers along with dinner in this cozy motel. It was open mike night at the bar and lots of people got up and sang......we sang California Dreaming.....so anyway, this little female bar tender comes out from behind the bar and sings the Canadian anthem......and there wasn’t a dry eye in the House.....we were all bawling. It was the most beautiful rendition we had ever heard. The locals all joined in and said she was their local star. It was just awesome. Best vacation ever. 
That is a much appreciated gesture. It's just nice to hear that only your leaders hate us. 
We are not loud but we are PROUD.
PS- if ya really wanna drink something Canadian,go for a beer. My faves are: Molson and Kokanee. Oh, and stream a hockey game or something. In fact,while watching the World Cup,I truly see it as a hockey game on grass. Lol
