He tears to the right, away from Rojo, who desperately brings him down! Penalty! No doubt about it! That was the teenager’s Michael Owen moment!

20. The first and third weeks

It’s kind of messed up since they put the alps before the Pyrenees this year. But we’ll be along the route of the first several in Brittany, but instead of going up to Roubaix, we’re going to go up the Loire and then over to the Albertville area in general.

We have a hut at a campground directly on the climb of the Col de Croix de Fer, so that will be a fun one.

Basically, it’s an organizing principle for a series of roadside picnics.
