(5,504 posts)See the video another user posted above for a reference. His statements have the depth of a frat bro who just smoked a bowl, and now wants to talk about "politics maaaaan!"
He has the douchey smugness of someone who believes himself to be so smart, evidenced by his grating use of words that he probably doesn't even know the meaning of just to try and sound like an intellectual. "Paradigm! Disenfranchised underclass! Blah, blah." You can tell he really doesn't know what he's talking about, and is just talking out of his rear end.

(101,321 posts)Comedian and previous Mr Dont Vote backs Ed Miliband after interviewing him, telling his viewers of importance of getting Tories out of government
In a newly released video on his YouTube channel, The Trews, Brand said: What I heard Ed Miliband say is that if we speak, he will listen. So on that basis, I think weve got no choice but to take decisive action to end the danger of the Conservative party.
David Cameron might think Im a joke but I dont think theres anything funny about what the Conservative party have been doing to this country and we have to stop them.
He said Miliband understood that people were pissed off and welcomed pressure from below demanding changes to society. But there were some qualifications to his endorsement regarding Scotland and the Green party.
If youre Scottish, you dont need an English person telling you what to do, he said. You know what youre going to be doing. If youre in Brighton I think itd be a travesty if we lost the voice of Caroline Lucas in Westminster.

And in 2017:
Jeremy Corbyn wont be perfect, he is a human being. We have a chance to elect a politician who is committed to serving the people of Britain. To supporting the NHS, public services and educating the young people to whom the future belongs, he wrote.
