Saturday is going to be a scorcher for the rally in Flint - forecast is for 98 degrees

I'm going to freeze some water bottles and I might bring a case of water bottles to hand out, if necessary. I was going to forego bringing a sign, but it might come in hand for shade.

Hopefully the weather won't keep people away.

Wish we could go but we are packing up our home of 26 years to move up north due to economic reasons here. Oakland county is too expensive when you’re on S.S. only.

I'm a pretty seasoned campaigner. During the Bush administration I participated in a weekly anti Iraq War protest - every single Sunday - rain or shine, blazing heat or freezing cold. And trust me, Michigan has some extreme seasonal weather.
