But in practice that's likely to be undocumented immigrants specifically from Latin America.

Moreover, it's quite likely that the "undocumented" part gets dropped, and it's even possible that u.s. citizens of that ethnicity get targeted too.

Of course, violence against blacks and lgbt can be expected to increase, though not necessarily in a way that would qualify as genocide.
