Block nominee: Not until/if SHITLER is cleared by MUELLER. Why not!1

Senator TURTLE used the argument that only after the coming election would a nominee be considered, so how different is that from waiting until SHITLER is *cleared*?!1 Or, rather, ALL Dems voting NO on anybody SHITLER names until he is cleared. (I realize the Minority can't stop the nomination going to a vote.)
