.
We are being bombarded by a spate of bad new lately, ever since the Republicans abdicated power to Russia.
While we can be angry at things, channel that into action. Being angry alone just makes people ill and drained.
If something is out of your control, switch to something that you can effect at change to.
Harboring on issues that are outside of one's control wastes vital health energies.
We need to remain healthy, in order to fight on. A house with sick parents can not provide care to the young.
Parents must keep themselves healthy for the well-being of the household. We must do the same for democracy.

I try to remember, the climate upheavals will overpower everything in our little political sandbox, and have been doing so for awhile. So enjoy, be kind to fellow beings, humans and otherwise, stay aware, try not to get bummed out. If you have kids, it might be time to look for greener pastures.
