There is an immigration bill that can garner 240 House votes and 60 Senate votes but Lyin Ryan won't bring it to the floor because the Child Abductor In Chief won't sign it, per Steny Hoyer.

The unofficial Hastert Rule mandates that no vote will be brought to the floor unless it has majority support. I suspect the Hurd-Aguilar bill would get a lot of Democratic votes and not too many Republican ones.
