Two Americans with Kids, One Photo, $12 Million and Counting for Bail and Lawyers
And then we have Charlotte and Dave Willner and tens of thousands of other truly sane, humanistic, people. The Willner’s just wanted to raise enough $$ on Facebook — target $1,500 for bail for one family. So far, they’ve raised $12 million and counting. They are donating to RAICES ( Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services).
