He will be incarcerating children with their parents, which is prohibited beyond 20 days by the 1997 consent decree. Any bets on what happens next? Any chance these families will be released at the 20 day mark?

Nope. None.

Instead, they will either violate the court order and keep the children incarcerated with their parents, or they will comply with the order and we are right back where we started, except now Trump will be able to blame “bad judges” for the separations.
