look at the debris near the truck's front tires. Maybe the driver is like Trump and couldn't read the sign announcing the clearance. Dumb fuck.

which has railroad overpasses, two right next to each other, dating from about 1925, with posted clearances, and about once a month a truck--it's usually a Hertz driven by someone who probably doesn't know what "clearance" means--gets stuck. Because it's a two-lane road, it's hours before I can get out of my driveway. Almost worse is when a professional truck driver either doesn't see or doesn't believe the posted clearance and decides he needs to turn his rig around. They usually end up with the cops helping them back up for a couple of miles. It's old farmland, and all the houses are really close to the road (as houses were back then), so that although it's a main drag, it's very narrow.

I wish I could find them hilarious!

Thanks I needed that.

I was going to say it looks like the underpass in the small town I grew up in. But it’s been happening there periodically for years, so must assume dipsticks across America continue to try this shit all the time.

Can’t quite read it but I’ll guarantee somewhere the clearance height is listed. I drove truck for a little while as a young man. Scraped the top pulling thru a gas station with a rain roof one time (but not this bad). But I can tell you all road (and RR) bridges are clearly labeled with clearance heights.
