Now Stephanie Ruhl is crying on Lawrence's show.

I guess we know where this country’s soul resides, don’t we? I have only intermittently held it together this last couple of days. I see them struggling to understand. May those bastards pay for this for the rest of their days.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. And now it becomes clear how much they are harming babies. Babies!!!! Trump must fucking resign. Right now. This cannot continue one more day.

that Melania or Ivanka going down there to look things over would mean anything. Oh, I'm sure they could put on a good show of concern but I wouldn't buy that they cared, it would just be a PR stunt not unlike the Nazis letting the Red Cross tour Theresienstadt.

She puts the pretty young white facade on the criminal enterprise.

That tweet of her holding her son the weekend the child separation story started to break? Sociopath.

First amendment, anyone? Free press?
If we citizens don’t have the right to know what is being done in our name, will we have the right to know if trump reinstitutes gas chambers??

Being able to hide their atrocities encourages more atrocities.

United States Senators in Florida were turned away today and told to fill out a form and wait two weeks. OUR GOVERNMENT officials are not allowed. They are hiding a hell of a lot of evil behind those closed doors, we both know it is true.

That's the US ranking on the world press freedom index, per Reporters Without Borders. Trump is to blame for the decline. The most free country in the western hemisphere with respect to press freedom? Jamaica, at #6.

He's saying it's her obligation as our first immigrant FLOTUS to gain access to a baby shelter.

10. Trump is tearing our country apart.

The economy is on shaky ground because we're headed into a trade war and now, Trump is moving into openly racist territory with his immigration policy.

There are thousands of little fracture lines that we don't even understand yet how they will affect us. i.e. it was explained to me by a businessman that he has to watch his travel time to New York because he could face paying taxes to two different states if he stays in the state for business purposes for more than x number of days. I think it was something ridiculously low as eight days. He blamed Trump for this because he removed an income tax deduction.

Not sure I got it all correct, but it made me think that there must be thousands of landmines like this that the ordinary person doesn't even understand.

to see the children in Syria who'd endured the gas attack? He claimed that was his rationale for striking back. I guess he's recovered from his momentary empathy.
