It’s very upsetting. It’s impossible to treat this like just another story.

The story broke at the end of Rachel’s show but she started crying and couldn’t continue so Lawrence took over and announced what it was (3 “tender age” so-called shelters for toddlers and babies). Stephanie Ruehl was supposed to report about the camps but she just reacted to the horror of the breaking news. She cried too and called on Melania and Ivanka to do something. She demanded to know what the purpose of doing this was and what end could it possibly serve.

It was incredibly intense and emotional. I started crying when Rachel cried, in horrified anticipation.

Steph chokes up whenever she talks about emotional topics and if it involves kids-weeping. I was SHOCKED by Rachel Maddow today. Wow! That was a total Walter Cronkite “From Dallas Texas..”
moment. Very difficult to watch what is happening. Appreciate both quality women.
