Is it legal for parents to keep their children in dog kennels (cages) inside their homes ???

If Health and Human Services were called to a home, and the parents had set up dog kennels in the house to keep

their children in, would the children be removed from that home ???

It is either legal or illegal.

that these kids would be turned over to local child protective service agencies and fostered out.

Not warehoused to the benefit of the private prison industry.
