Only 34% say yes.

The other 21% say wait and see.

It is always that same 35% +/- that supports the cons no matter what.

"From 1991 to 1996, Team Spirit became both a carrot and a stick during US negotiations with North Korea over its burgeoning nuclear program. This exercise was cancelled in 1992, carried out again in 1993, and planned but not executed from 1994 to 1996 as a result of negotiations that led to the 1994 US-DPRK Agreed Framework and efforts to ensure the framework remained in effect. What if they had polled this question, say, a month or six weeks ago? Who would have said yes, who would have said no, maybe some insights about why for each answer. Then ask it again after Trump's grandstand play. Who changed their opinion? Who stayed the same? Why did they change or stay?
