Trump is now backed into a corner he cant get out of

Trump gave the store away and is now trapped in a corner he cannot get out off.

He has said "NK no longer a nuclear threat"

Kim has now said, "Trump promised to lift sanctions"

Trump said he's stop the "wargames"

Nobody knows what was in that conversation.

Kim can now say and ask for whatever he likes, ask for whatever he wants because Trump needs this or he looks like a massive tool.

North Korean state media is saying that Trump explicitly agreed to lift sanctions on NK and halt "war games" (joint military exercises with South Korea) — and that North Korea doesn't have to move toward denuclearizing **until the US does**

If Trump says NO, Kim can say, you reneged on the deal and stuffs him.

We all knew this was going to happen but Captain Blunder had to blow his ego.

In order to stay in power, Kim must keep NK isolated. And so he will keep talking and negotiating and backtracking and threatening and hinting and declaring... and as the decades go by, nothing changes. Which is what Kim wanted all along.

They constantly point to his 'business acumen' yet he's not been a very successful businessman - with all his bankruptcies and failed and fake products (think Trump University). He keeps touting himself as keeping his campaign promises - but it seems that everyone of these promises he touches - he screws up. Case in point - this NK summit and the position he is now faced with. We can go down the line and see how he's screwed up the Wall, DACA, ACA, tariffs, etc.

His followers like him because he's a contrarian and his business background and the press keeps pointing this out which further solidifies his base. Not much emphasis is put on his ineptness in all things that he touches.

If Trump didn't have the backing of the Repug Party - which I think is holding him together - some of his faithful followers being shown how inept Trump is in everything he touches - might start falling away from him.

This is just my opinion.

The MSM is playing over and over - I guess in an attempt to brainwash us - his handshake with Un. If his followers watch Fox or just catch the clips of the handshake - they see him as a 'god'. The MSM along with calling attention to each one of Trump's crazy tweets - just worsens the situation.

"Joint Statement of President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit

President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.

President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of new U.S.–DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Convinced that the establishment of new U.S.–DPRK relations will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following:
1.The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.–DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity.
2.The United States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.
3.Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
4.The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.

Having acknowledged that the U.S.–DPRK summit—the first in history—was an epochal event of great significance in overcoming decades of tensions and hostilities between the two countries and for the opening up of a new future, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the stipulations in this joint statement fully and expeditiously. The United States and the DPRK commit to hold follow-on negotiations, led by the U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level DPRK official, at the earliest possible date, to implement the outcomes of the U.S.–DPRK summit.

President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have committed to cooperate for the development of new U.S.–DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity, and security of the Korean Peninsula and of the world."

But the setting provided massive propaganda material for NK that makes the U.S. look like a bunch of losers - especially considering that in the "business world" that Drumpf comes from, "private agreements" ("oral contracts" ) are considered to hold weight.

In fact, it's interesting that I recall reading an article yesterday that mentioned that Drumpf claimed to have "taken no notes". But I bet Kim Jong-Un (and/or his translator) did.

There exists a stable and peaceful regime in Korea. It is called South Korea. We have a brutal murderous dictatorship whose leader even murdered his own half-brother along with of hundreds and imprisoned thousands, kidnaped people, brutalized foreigners on trumped up charges of espionage. Its call North Korea. Its the communists dream to have their fellow South Korean's united in enjoying their glorious state despair. Trump is repulsive.

As being a serial liar and con man, like with their made up lies saying the meeting was cancelled , and this now is no different, who trump openly admits making stuff up for excuses and self promotion regularly, and this is the same all over again. We are not safer from Kim, and trumps spinning more propaganda than facts. Kim still has nuclear weapons and their delivery systems available to use , no matter what trump claims. trump was only going after business deals for himself and his family all along. He created conflicts to use to do this with, and if they don't pay him for policies or business deals he then uses the government to hurt them with. Trump embracing brutal ruthless terrorist dictators shows everyone once again who he sides with time after time. He's one of them, the really bad ones to.
