Joint Statement from 1993. Important to Compare this to tomorrow's anticipated statement....
What I see is that North Korea made a promise, as long as it were in their interest to continue "talks" This really never happened. They agreed on a commitment and then went back to business as usual. History repeats itself. Just watch and see.
