People in Ohio should check theirs every week to determine if they need to re-register. We need to move from outrage to action until we get our country back.

of notification usually has to be sent. Thus, if you vote you won't get purged. If you check your registration, you can head off any problems.

Democrats need to focus on getting people registered, checking their registration and getting out the vote.

Apparently, Ohio is following federal law -- they have to wait 6 years to purge non-voters and send them notification of pending removal.

While I think this ruling might hurt Democrats, the impact will be small if we get people registered and get them to vote. Do that and they can purge voters who haven't voted in 6 years all they want, but it won't do them any good because we will still win.

If people still aren't going to vote after the 2016 election, trying to stop purging isn't going to do us much good.

in Tulsa County since 1981. Last year I received a letter telling me unless I went to the Tulsa Co election board with proper ID, my name would be removed. Now luckily, I got the letter, have that ID and live within walking distance of the election board. But I am willing to bet there were hundreds of LEGAL voters who never received the notification, would need $$ to get the ID and travel to the board, but didn't.
