Maybe Ivanka did not want to go. Does Singapore offer a low cost slave workforce to make her knock-off styles? Why bother, then. Nothing in it for her, so why waste the trip. Kellyanne probably had to rest her jaw, from her fast and furious defending of the orange ass. Melanie might have needed a few touch-ups on her latest facelift. All the best people were too busy to go with him.
