Iowa Representative Steve King...
This man condones dog fighting, That alone says it all. This man obviously enjoys being a spectator where people allow animals to kill one another for sport. This is sick, illegal and immoral. We don't want that kind of person who obviously lacks compassion for animals to be in our HoR.
There is a strong link between domestic abuse and animal abuse, if he enjoys animals fighting, what does this say about his own life?

Iowa congressman Steve King has found himself in deep doo-doo after angering animal lovers worldwide with his comments comparing dog fighting to professional boxing.
Yesterday, political action group CREDO SuperPAC joined forces with Paws Against King to protest in front of King's campaign office in Ames, Iowa. A number of dogs were in attendance, wagging their tails as their guardians carried signs and chanted, "There's no excuse for cruelty, there's no excuse for King!"
Animal advocates outside of Iowa have taken to the internet to voice their displeasure with King's anti-animal stance. King's Twitter account has been bombarded in recent days with mostly negative tweets from users calling him everything from "insane" to "heartless." One twitter user writes, "People choose to fight, usually for money. Animals are forced to fight, usually to the death. Big difference, moron."
While King has disabled wall posts from others on his Facebook page, King's detractors have discovered that they are still permitted to comment under his photos and updates. "Has your state figured out how you can get rid of this mentally challenged individual?" asks one commenter. "Someone like this should not be able to have this sort of power when they are obviously not capable and need help."

That said, you probably should put a GRAPHIC warning on this post. That second photo is going to be too much for some people, even though I do understand it is simply factual evidence of what dog fighting does to the animals involved.
Thanks!
